Yes. Data migration is part of every custom build. We've imported messy, color-coded spreadsheets, including the colors and hyperlinks, so nothing gets lost.

Usually, yes. Email, calendars, accounting tools, website forms and most services with an API can be connected. We'll confirm what's possible during discovery.

Card payments are processed by QuickBooks Payments (by Intuit). Your card details are sent directly to them and turned into a secure token. We never see or store your full card number.

You'll get an emailed receipt for every payment. Custom build clients are invoiced according to their signed agreement. If you need an invoice in a specific format for your records, just ask.

Anytime. Export your leads to CSV from inside the CRM, during your trial or after. No fees, no hoops.

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), connections are encrypted, and the system is hosted in the US. Card numbers are handled by QuickBooks Payments and never stored on our servers.
