Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using our website, software and services, written to be read.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Iron Bison AI ("Iron Bison AI," "we," "us"). They apply when you use our website, the Iron Bison Standard CRM (the "Software"), our online course, and any related services (together, the "Services"). If you use the Services for a company, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information, including a valid email address and phone number.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account and the users you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Free trial
- New Standard CRM accounts get a free trial of 60 days. No payment card is required to start.
- Your trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. You move to a paid plan only if you add a payment card.
- If you don't add a card by the end of the trial, your account is paused. We keep your data for a reasonable period so you can add a card later and continue, unless you ask us to delete it.
- We may change or end the trial offer for new signups at any time. One free trial per business, please.
3. Standard CRM subscription and billing
- Price. The Standard CRM costs $19 per user per month on monthly billing, or $15 per user per month on yearly billing, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any applicable taxes.
- Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance, per user, to the card on file — each month on monthly billing, or once a year for twelve months on yearly billing. By adding a card, you authorize us (through our payment processor, QuickBooks Payments) to charge it each billing period until you cancel.
- Users. If you add users during a billing month, we may charge for them from that point. Removing users takes effect from the next billing month.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails, we'll let you know and may retry. If payment isn't resolved, we may pause your account until it is.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period (month or year) you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law.
4. Your data
- You own the information you and your users put into the Software ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and support the Services.
- You're responsible for having the rights and consents needed to upload Customer Data, including contact details of your own customers, and for how you use it (for example, following laws on calling, texting and emailing people).
- You can export your leads at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Custom software services
Custom CRM and other custom software projects ("Custom Builds"), including Built & Owned projects, financed projects, Subscription projects, buy-out options and support plans, are governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and us. That agreement sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, ownership, financing terms, buy-out terms and support terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the Custom Build. Quotes and proposals are not binding until that agreement is signed.
6. Online course
- When you buy the course, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course materials for your own learning, for as long as we offer the course (we intend this to be lifetime access).
- You may use what you learn, and code you write while following the lessons, in your own projects and client work.
- You may not share your login, or copy, resell, republish or redistribute the videos, written lessons or other course materials.
- Unless a refund policy is stated at the time of purchase, course purchases are non-refundable once you've accessed the materials, except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:
- Use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of law.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains malware.
- Try to break, probe or get around the security of the Services, or access data that isn't yours.
- Overload the Services, scrape them in bulk, or reverse engineer the Software except where the law allows.
- Resell or provide the Software to third parties as a service without our written permission.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, ideally after giving notice and a chance to fix the problem.
8. Our intellectual property
Except for Customer Data and anything assigned to you under a signed Custom Build agreement, the Services, including the Software, website, course materials and our brand, belong to Iron Bison AI or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights to them other than the right to use the Services as described. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties such as QuickBooks Payments (payments) and Google (calendar and optional analytics). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services we don't control.
10. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services running, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces the core functionality of a paid subscription, we'll let you know in advance.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised they might occur; and (b) our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Iron Bison AI against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
14. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or don't pay. Sections that by their nature should survive (like ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [State], and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other and allowing 30 days to work it out.
16. General
These Terms (and any signed agreement or order) are the whole agreement between us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may update these Terms; if changes are material, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email before they take effect.
